1. What security measures do you have in place to protect my belongings from theft or damage?
We maintain 35 Security Cameras both inside and outside - 24/7 Security at all the entrances as well.
2. How do you maintain temperature and humidity levels?
We have installed 27+ HVAC Systems throughout the entire facility... and we have also installed 27+ Separate Dehumidifiers maintaining a perfect climate year round.
3. How can I determine the right size for my needs?
We offer a Free consultation with one of our professionals who knows from experience what size unit will suit your personal needs based on what you tell us.
4. Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
No Additional fees! No taxes! or Security deposit! And No Admin fees! Finally No Transfer fees!
5. Is insurance coverage included in the rental, or do I need to provide my own insurance?
As a rule we DO NOT require insurance. Please note; Most homeowners insurance policies cover this expense; called "off site storage." Check with your insurance provider.
6. How do you handle pest control within the facility to prevent infestations?
We maintain a quarterly service with a local professional pest control company, which is provided by "American Pest Control".
7. Can I easily transfer to a larger or smaller unit if my storage needs change in the future?
We know situations change with time and that's why we make changing the unit size easy and convenient - no extra fees and units are prorated at time of transfer.
8. What is your policy regarding rental contracts?
We do require a contract but with no term length specified. Therefore we do not prorate early vacating. We strive to accommodate your individual needs.
9. How do you handle maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to ensure a clean and safe environment for my stored items?
We are a family owned & operated facility so maintenance is virtually guaranteed. We take pride in the appearance of our facility as you will see as soon as you walk in the door.
10. What happens if I lose my phone? Or my app stops working?
